• Individual Therapy: $150/50 minutes

• Individual Professional Supervision: $75/60 minutes

Insurance

I take Regence, Kaiser, Aetna and Premera at this time.

I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. I can provide you with a receipt and your insurance company may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. I cannot guarantee reimbursement, please contact your provider for this information.

You can check on your insurance company’s out-of-network provider terms by asking the following questions:

• Does my policy have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
